Plan Your Private Event at The Raven

Venue Hire – 300 guests | No Mezzanine

Friday & Saturday: $4,900 + GST

Other days: $3,900 + GST

Over capacity: Mezzanine level required, additional $1,600 + GST

A $2,000 administration fee will be charged on the spot if guest numbers exceed the booked amount. This fee must be paid via bank transfer before any additional guests are permitted to enter the venue.

Security

$290 + GST per guard

Under-21 events: minimum 4 securities are required. $1,160 + GST

Cleaning

Our price includes 3 hours of complimentary general cleaning. Any additional cleaning required beyond this will be deducted from the bond.

Our Private Event Hire is perfect for hosting exclusive gatherings where the host invites guests directly.

Private events are not open to the general public. Some examples include:
